Steven Trevitt

Having served over twenty three years within the NSW Police, Steven has always shown a passion for providing a superior client service. Integrity, reliability, loyalty and forging a reputation for getting the job done are characteristics Steven has promoted within the Spencer Ware Group.

Prior to serving as a Police Officer, Steven completed his trade in the building industry. Having finished his apprenticeship, he continued to expand his knowledge by completing the Building Supervision Advanced Certificate (formerly known as the ‘Clerk of Works’ course). At the ripe old age of 20, Steven was operating his own building subcontracting business on the mid north coast of New South Wales.

Having reached a cross road in his profession, Steven elected to follow his passion and return to the Property Industry. Since that time, he has continued to develop his skills and qualifications, completing a Certificate IV in Business Management and with Distinction the Property (Strata Management) Certificate.

Tyler McLennan

Another member welcomed to the Spencer Ware team is Tyler Trevitt. Having completed a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, majoring in Management at Western Sydney University as well as attaining a Certificate IV in Strata Community Management, Tyler is a confident and professional Strata Manager driven to exceed her client’s expectations. Tyler embraces the opportunity to collaborate with current and potential clients to assist with their valued strata related requirements.

As we settle into the twenty first century, it is obvious that common etiquette within our community has degenerated alarmingly. The team at Spencer Ware are committed to providing our client/customer base with specialist individual service. You will see the principal licensee, Steven ‘in the field’ where issues can be discussed and solutions provided through the establishment of real and personal relationships.
